Retaining the protected brutalist style of the office, while reconstructing the façade in a high-quality brick-built design. Wim Tielemans: “We rarely receive such a high budget for the creation of a façade from a property developer, but Koramic wanted to give the project character and make it stand out through various playful patterns and cutouts. The result is a very stylish, high-end product.”
